Is it necessary that all employees have data rate?

The most of them work with their laptop or tablet so i think it is an unnecessary trend to pay a data rate in the smartphone. Also only a few of them are mobile workers, so the only one who has bennefit is the Mobile Company.

If you see how many emails are answered from the smartphone at the moment they are readed, you’ll be agree.
